Mobile Phone & Voicemail

There are times when we are unable to take calls (such as when we are in the middle of testing or working up a ladder etc)

We deliberately do not use voicemail facilities so that customers are not able to leave us a message which may be missed.

If the matter is urgent please ring again a few minutes later and we will attempt to answer your call.

Written Communication

For the purposes of clarity and to ensure that adequate records are kept we will often use written communication.

Text (SMS Messages)

It is generally better to contact us via a text based system such as an SMS messages or a WhatsApp message.

We do not use SMS messages to respond to quotation requests and queries.

SMS messages are only used to arrange, confirm or change scheduling.

Facebook

We can also be reached by email although we can also be reached via our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/edteq.uk/ (there may be a slight delay in responses)

Estimates, Quotations and Queries

Quotations and queries are commonly answered via email or WhatsApp

Email

We use email for queries, quotations and written communications.

For most scheduling situations an email would be sent.

We will aim to answer your text or email within on the same day (although we may not be able to answer your query within that time frame).

WhatsApp

We also use WhatsApp for queries, quotations and written communications.

We will aim to answer your text or email within on the same day (although we may not be able to answer your query within that time frame).

 Letters

At times it is necessary for us to communicate via a letter. It is likely that we will send an acknowledgement slip.

If we do not receive this slip back we will send 2 reminder emails and then assume that the letter has been received and record it as such in our records.
