Here at edTeq we are able to adjust our working hours to suit our customers if required. If you are unable to get time off work we can schedule visits for an evening or weekend. With this is mind our normal working pattern is:
Monday - Closed
Tuesday - Installations/Testing/Office Based
Wednesday - Installations/Testing/Office Based
Thursday - Installations/Testing/Office Based
Friday - Office Based
Saturdays - By Arrangement
Sundays - Closed
Electrical Emergencies
Electrical emergencies can happen at any time and we will respond to emergency call outs at any time; We will strive to make a situation safe and to provide temporary power where possible.
Following on from an emergency call out full resolution of an issue will usually have to wait for normal working hours when we have access to wholesalers and suppliers for the specialist parts we often require.
Normal Working Hours
However we will not normally respond to communications after 6pm until the following working day.
This is to manage our working hours and ensure we can lead a manageable balanced life.
