Guarantee
All works performed carry a 2 year guarantee from completion of works.
If works are subsequently carried out by third parties within the guarantee period the guarantee becomes void as we are unable to guarantee that the installation will conform to its original design.
If for any reason an installation fails to perform as expected please speak to us so we can resolve the issue for you.
Materials Warranty
Materials are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty which is usually 1 year.
In some circumstances this is longer; if this is the case it will be advised at the time of purchase.
